Who is Ramona Krempel?

Ramona Krempel is a loving mother and grandmother who has touched many lives with her caring and kind-hearted personality. She was born and raised in Stockton, California, before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she met and married her husband of 36 years. Ramona spent most of her career working as an LPN in geriatrics, bringing comfort and care to many elderly patients. She has always been a pillar of strength for her family and friends, and her contagious laughter and positive outlook on life have brought joy to those around her.

However, Ramona’s life took a drastic turn in 2016 when she was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. She underwent a mastectomy to remove the cancer and faced the disease with courage and optimism. Unfortunately, in November of 2022, she received the heartbreaking news that the cancer had returned and spread throughout her body, with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Despite this diagnosis, Ramona remains a fighter and a beacon of hope for all those around her.

Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer is a cancer that has spread from the breast to other parts of the body, such as the bones, lungs, liver, or brain. It is considered the most advanced stage of breast cancer and is currently not curable, although treatment options are available to help manage the cancer and improve quality of life. These are the treatments that are crucial to helping Ramona spend quality time with her family.
